general education requirements and the education pedagogical foundations requirements for teacher education were met in the initial licensure
program. If the initial licensure program was completed prior to 1990, the candidate may have some general education deficiencies.
If you already hold a license in Biology, Chemistry, or Broadfield Science, you may obtain this add-on licensure area by meeting the minor
requirements below. Otherwise you must complete the major requirements or be concurrently pursuing a major in one of the above areas.
