were founded in 1930 to provide the Swedish Air
Force with engines.
hhThe
first commercial aircraft engine was overhauled in
Trollhättan back in 1966.

first order for space components was received in
1974 and in 1979 for commercial engine components.

the 1990’s we specialised in large engine structures
and rotors for commercial engines. Today we are
market leader in the development of engine structures,
with presence in more than 90 % of all new aircraft.

the last decade we have strengthened our position. Our lightweight technology has been implemented
in cutting-edge projects. In 2008 we became partners
in three major engine programs: XWB, GP7000 and
PW1000G. And in 2010 the ramp up of the GEnx

Keep your PW100 on wing
For more than two decades, we have
been an Authorized Pratt & Whitney
Canada (PWC) Designated Overhaul
Facility; a prerequisite for offering you
the best engine services. As our
customer, you will experience expertise
and full commitment to meeting your
business requirements by any means.
Our customised services include on-site
Hot Section Inspection, availability of
rental engines, flexible contractual solutions and whatever else you may need.
To provide the most reliable and costeffective support, we always strive for
a close relationship; a true partnership
approach.
Capabilities and services
We offer services ranging from minor repair, hot section
inspection and major refurbishment to full overhaul. Our
capabilities include: PW120/A, PW121/A, PW123/B/C/
D/E/AF, PW124B, PW125B, PW126/A, PW127/B/C/D/E/
F/G/J/M.
You find our facility in Trollhättan, Sweden, close to Landvetter International Airport in Gothenburg.
Together we work out a contractual solution tailored to
your demands, e.g. Engine Flight Hour agreement with/
without entrance and exit terms, Event Cost Plan or a
traditional Time & Material agreement.
On-site support including HSI
Use our service teams to minimise your engine downtime.
We can perform on-site work, such as boroscope inspection and RGB replacement, and we are one of the few
shops that provide on-site Hot Section Inspections.
Rental engines
We can support you with suitable rental engines from our
engine pool or through our extensive contact network.
Repairs and spare parts
All repairs and modifications of parts are carried out
in-house or in cooperation with our selected partners. In
order to provide cost-efficient maintenance and long time
on wing, we work actively to optimise the mix of new and
used serviceable parts.

Our engineers will always assist you with technical
support, including general technical assistance, on-site
inspections and troubleshooting, maintenance program
optimisation, etc. You always get fast service whenever
needed – regardless of whether it involves the fastest possible delivery of spare parts, on-wing repairs or support by
phone.
Technical reports
All in-shop engine service is carefully documented and
directly available in the form of technical reports. Weekly
status reports during the shop visit are always included.
