We do not keep track of individual scores of individual instructors. We need the student ID # to help us to track the progress of students who have taken composition courses vs. those who have not. Our MCC ethical statement of assessment would not permit any other such approach to assessment. Statement of Ethical Conduct and Assessment: The Metropolitan Community Colleges recognize that the activities associated with assessment must be conducted in an ethical and professional manner. Information, data, and assessment activities designed to present an aggregate picture of assessment of MCC shall in no way be used to evaluate individual students or faculty.
