SCOPE:
This NOA is being issuedunderthe applicablerules andregulationsgoverningthe useof constructionmaterials.
The documentationsubmittedhasbeenreviewedby Miami-DadeCountyProductControl Division andaccepted
by the Board of RulesandAppeals(BORA) to be usedin Miami DadeCounty andother areaswhereallowedby
the Authority Having Jurisdiction(AlD).
This NOA shall not be valid after the expirationdatestatedbelow. The Miami-DadeCounty ProductControl
Division (In Miami DadeCounty)and/orthe AHJ (in areasother thanMiami DadeCounty) reservethe right to
havethis productor materialtestedfor quality assurancepurposes.If this productor materialfails to perfonn in
the acceptedmanner,the manufacturerwill incur the expenseof suchtestingandthe AHJ may immediately
revoke, modify, or suspendthe useof suchproductor materialwithin their jurisdiction. BORA reservesthe right
to revoke this acceptance,
if it is determinedby Miami-DadeCountyProductControl Division that this productor
materialfails to meetthe requirementsof the applicablebuilding code.
This productis approvedasdescribedherein,andhasbeendesignedto comply with the Florida Building Code,
including the High Velocity HurricaneZone.

LABELING: Eachunit shall beara pennanentlabel with the manufacturer'snameor logo, city, stateand
following statement:"Miami-DadeCounty ProductControl Approved",unlessotherwisenotedherein.
RENEWAL of this NOA shall be consideredafter a renewalapplicationhasbeenfiled and therehasbeenno
changein the applicablebuilding codenegativelyaffecting the perfonnanceof this product.
TERMINATION of this NOA will occur after the expirationdateor if therehasbeena revision or changein the
materials,use,and/ormanufactureof the productor process.Misuseof this NOA as an endorsementof any
product,for sales,advertisingor any other purposesshall automaticallyterminatethis NOA. Failure to comply
with any sectionof this NOA shall be causefor terminationand removalof NOA.
ADVERTISEMENT: The NOA numberprecededby the words Miami-DadeCounty, Florida, and followed by
the expiration datemay be displayedin advertisingliterature. If any portion of the NOA is displayed,then it shall
be donein its entirety.
INSPECTION: A copy of this entireNOA shall be providedto the userby the manufactureror its distributors
and shall be availablefor inspectionat thejob site at the requestof theBuilding Official.

4. LIMITATIONS
4.1
Fire classificationis not part of this acceptance;refer to a current Approved Roofing Materials
Directory for fire ratingsof this product.
4.2
Shall not be installedon roof meanheightsin excessof 33 ft.
4.3
All productslisted herein shall have a quality assuranceaudit in accordancewith the Florida
Building CodeandRule 9B-72 of the Florida AdministrativeCode.
5. INSTALLATION
5.1
Shinglesshall be installedin compliancewith RoofingApplication StandardRAS 115.
5.2
Flashingshall be in accordancewith Roofing ApplicationStandardRAS 115
5.3
The manufacturershallprovide clearly written applicationinstructions.
5.4
Exposureand courselayout shall be in compliancewith Detail' A " attached.
5.5
Nailing shall be in compliancewith Detail 'B', attached.
6. LABELING
6.1
Shingles shall be labeled with the Miami-Dade Logo or the wording "Miami-Dade County
ProductControl Approved".
7. BUILDING PERMIT REQUIREMENTS
7.1
Application for building permit shall be accompanied
by copiesof the following:
7.1.1
This Notice of Acceptance.
7.1.2
Any other documentsrequiredby the Building Official or the applicablecodein order
to properlyevaluatethe installationof this system.
