Please feel free to forward this to anyone you may notice I did not have included on the email. I know there are several in TX that did not get this, and hope Roy, David,
and Charles will make sure it gets to the right people. I need feedback very soon (at least by Wednesday of next week). The attached word document will provide
information for the National Cotton Council to state the initial benefits and need of imidacloprid for the cotton industry. Some of you may realize there will be challenges
ahead. The new administration has already indicated they will change the length of time provided for public comments to federal register notices. Thank you for your
