Julia Gregg Kramer Named SVP, Organizational
Performance at BancorpSouth Insurance Services
May 31, 2013 – Baton Rouge, La. – (May 24, 2013) – Julia Gregg Kramer recently
joined BancorpSouth Insurance Services, Inc. (BXSI) as senior vice president of
organizational performance, bringing with her 25 years of industry experience in
executive-level leadership, organizational development and human resources
roles. As SVP, Kramer’s primary focus is on developing and implementing
strategic, growth-oriented programs to increase effectiveness, efficiency,
production and change-readiness across the BancorpSouth Insurance Services
e nterprise.
Prior to joining BancorpSouth Insurance Services, Kramer spent 10 years at The
Council of Insurance Agents & Brokers as senior vice president of leadership and
management resources and director of the Foundation for Agency Management
Excellence (FAME). Earlier in her career, she was the vice president of human
resources at Dental Benefit Providers, Inc., a UnitedHealthcare company, for 15
years.
Kramer holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of North
Carolina at Greensboro and a master’s degree in human resources management
from Marymount University. She is a designated Senior Professional in Human
Resources (SPHR), a certified Myers Briggs Type Indicator instructor, and has
expertise in SPQ*Gold® and Profiles assessments. Kramer is an active member of
the Board of Trustees for Gamma Iota Sigma.
