Man 1's ability to think like his victim, mask his true intentions and
exploit his victim's weaknesses makes him an excellent example of a
cold, cunning and manipulative killer.

- Each of the following must be made into an arguable statement. To do
this successfully, your statement may need to be more than one
sentence long. Make sure that you hook your ideas back to the
thesis.

Man1 is a good manipulator. He managed to get close to the Girl. He was good at gaining
her trust. When she first arrived in the bus station he talked nicely to her and she liked it.
2.
Man 1 got her to tell him pertinent information about what she saw at the car. It had been
dark. He needed to know this information because he may want to kill her. This shows
that he is cunning. She had no idea what he was up to.

Man 1 is a good judge of character. He is able to analyze her state of mind quickly. She is
out of breath and is nervous when she arrives at the bus station. His ability to read
character and use it against her shows that he is cunning and a good killer.
4.
Now that Man 1 has manipulated the Girl she believes anything he tells her. She will do
anything that he asks. She thinks that he is her hero and he saved her. These things show
that he has the qualities of a successful killer.
