RECURRENT AND DEFERRED MAINTENANCE COSTS
Road maintenance can be divided into three general areas with specific work items associated
with each.
The following rates are to be charged only one way. Rates shown are to be used when the
Purchaser or Permittee pay in lieu of performing the maintenance. Minimum road maintenance
deposit to be collected is $100.00. Collecting road maintenance deposits on sales valued less
than $3000.00 is at the discretion of the timber sale appraiser.
