Maintenance expenses for Working Capital Fund (WCF) outboard motors being used on project
boats will be financed as follows:
1. WCF Financing.
a. Portable gas tanks that are not connected to the boat
b. All repair work to WCF motors
c. Gas hoses
d. Safety chain
e. Gas, oil, and diesel (fuel)
2. Project Financing.
a. Steering cables and controls, including gauges
b. Battery and cables
c. Boat lights
d. Anchors, chain, and rope
e. Markers and fenders
f. Life jackets, or safety items
g. Cost of connecting and disconnecting motor to boat
