CHAPTER 6410 PERSONAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
6414.1 - Accountable Officer
1. The Accountable Property Officer(APO) designated by the Property
Management Officer (PMO) to assist in accounting and control of property in their
respective units. Their duties and responsibilities are outlined in FSM 6414.1. The
following positions are designated Accountable Property Officers.

CHAPTER 6410 PERSONAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
1. Property Management Officer (PMO) may designate Property Custodians within
their unit.
Property Custodians are responsible to the (PMO) for the following:
1. Insuring for proper use, care protection of property assigned to them.
2. Assisting the (PMO) in taking physical inventories.
2. Property Management Officer.
The administrative Services Section Head is designated Property Management
Officer (PMO) for the Santa Fe National Forest, ID No. CT113503100. The
incumbent of this position has delegated responsibility for assignment, control,
maintenance, repair, reconditioning and replacement standards for all property,
real and personal, on the Forest. The PMO will designated APO's to assist in
property accountability and control.
3. Property Accounting Clerk.
The B & F Accounting Technician is designated the Forest Property Accounting
Technician (PAT). the PAT is responsible for the Electronic input Data to NFC.
