To provide accurate, timely and accessible information on special use authorizations for program planning, budget, and implementation of the special use program. 4. To provide accurate and timely performance accountability reports. 2790.3 – Policy 4. Maintain official case files for all special use applications and authorizations at the local unit. 5. Record special use application and authorization actions in the Special Uses Data System (SUDS) module of the Integrated Web. 2790.4 – RESPONSIBILITY 2790.42 – Regional Forester In addition to the parent text, the Regional Forester shall have the authority to approve and issue the following: 1. Provides instruction and direction for implementation, operation, maintenance and software changes related to recording, tracking and reporting special use business operations. 2704.43 – Forest Supervisors In addition to the parent text, the Forest Supervisor shall have the authority to approve and issue the following: 1.
