As such, signatory officials must be familiar with the policy and regulations in FSH 1509.11. Forest Supervisors and Deputy Forest Supervisors are designated as signatory officials for grants or agreements issued under their appointed forest. This authority cannot be redelegated to a position lower than a Deputy Forest Supervisor. Region 6 / Region 10 Director of State and Private Forestry is designated as a signatory official for grants and agreements to the State, local governments, other recipients or cooperators.
