Forest Resource Specialist is the Forest ATSA Coordinator B. Coordination and scheduling monthly activity. C. Coordination of Forest-wide data for submittal in TIM TSADE. D. Coordination and allocation of Blanket Payment Bonds. E. Natural Language Changes. F. Verification of Cut and Sold Report. G. Analyze, recommend for approval, and process purchaser credit transfers, cash refunds and cash transfers for Forest-wide authority sales. H. Verification of statements and synopsis for all Forest-wide authority sales, within 5 working days, on a monthly basis. Verification of agreement reports. I. Provide assistance and training to Resource Assistant, District personnel and purchasers. J. Review the preparation and submission of all TSA data. K. Verify all TSA transactions on the edit/update report with a source document. L. Evaluate and monitor all invalid transactions on the edit/update report to ensure correction and/or deletion is completed. Forest Resource Assistant responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: A. Preparation and submission in TIM TSADE of all TSA data. B. Review edit/update reports with data input from TIM TSADE. C. Verification of all information on permit reports within five working days.
