32 - CLAIMS ARISING FROM HUMAN RESOURCE PROGRAMS.
32.1 - Claims Arising Out of the Operation of a Job Corps Center. The forests shall
submit tort claims involving Job Corps enrollees directly to the Department of
Labor, Office of the Solicitor. See FSH 1809.12, Section 461, Job Corps Civilian
Conservation Center Handbook.
