IMPORTANT NOTES:
A) Housing is only available for female students. All freshmen must choose Meal Plan #1. B) Two other less expensive meal plans
are available to continuing, transfer and graduate students (see the housing contract for details). Plan for additional housing and
food costs if you will remain on campus during official school breaks and/or the summertime. If you will be living off-campus,
Alverno College will estimate your living expenses for purposes of the Form I-20 by using U.S. Department of Health and Human
Services Guidelines. See these guidelines at: http://aspe.hhs.ov. C) Plan for additional expenses if you will remain in the U.S.
during official school breaks and/or the summertime. If you will be living off campus with dependents, Alverno College will estimate
your living expenses for purposes of the Form I-20 by using U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Guidelines. See these
guidelines at: http://aspe.hhs.gov. List your dependents on a "Dependent Information" form and attach it to your Statement of
Financial Support form. Dependent forms are available upon request. D) Student must purchase Alverno insurance. Enrollment in
the plan is automatic and the cost of the insurance is part of student billing and payable upon arrival on campus. If you will need
coverage for a spouse and/or minor children, the total cost for insurance will be higher. Contact Alverno for the additional premium
cost. E) Per credit cost varies. Full-time enrollment for undergraduates is 12 to 18 credits. For graduate students it is 6 credits. Fulltime enrollment is required.
