All work that you hand in must be written by you and in your own words. If your work uses information obtained from any sources other than class notes, the course textbook, or your own ingenuity, then these sources must be properly cited and you must indicate exactly which information comes from which source. You may not copy work done by others, either in or out of class; copying work is an act of scholastic dishonesty and any student who copies work will be prosecuted to the full extent allowed by University policy. Make-up Policy: University regulations dictate that make-ups for missed exams and assignments will only be allowed if the student has a university approved excuse in writing. If possible, you should inform me before missing an exam or assignment. If you miss an exam or assignment and fail to notify me by the end of the next working day, then you forfeit your right to a make-up. 1 2 The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA): The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) is a federal anti-discrimination statute that provides comprehensive civil rights protection for persons with disabilities.
