Note by the UNCTAD secretariat

Attention is drawn to the report of the United Nations Commission on
International Trade Law (A/59/17) on the work of its thirty-seventh session, held in New
York from 14 to 25 June 2004.
2.
As provided in section II, paragraph 10, of General Assembly resolution 2205
(XXI), the report is being submitted to the Trade and Development Board for comments
and recommendations.
3.
Copies of the report will be made available in each language version received, in
limited quantities.
