Note by the UNCTAD secretariat
Attention is drawn to the report of the United Nations Commission on International
Trade Law on the work of its thirty-fifth session, held in New York from 17 – 28 June 2002
(A/57/17).
As provided in sectio n II, paragraph 10, of General Assembly resolution 2005 (XXI),
the report is being submitted to the Trade and Development Board for comments and
recommendations.
Copies of the report in each language version received will be made available in
limited qua ntities.
