EMPLOYEE AGREEMENT TO EXEMPT OCCUPIED POSITION
FROM THE STATE PERSONNEL SYSTEM
I hereby attest that I willingly and voluntarily agree to the exemption from the state
personnel system of the classified position I currently occupy. I understand and agree
that upon the designation of the classified position as exempt from the state personnel
system, I will be employed in the exempt position. I also understand that upon such
designation, I have the right to appeal such exempt designation. I have reviewed the
position description for the exempt position to which the classified position will be
converted. I understand and agree that when I am placed into the exempt position, I will
become an employee-at-will and that my employment is subject to termination by either
me or the University at any time.
