Refund Policy:
Participants who wish to cancel must give written notice two weeks prior to the event date to
receive a refund minus an administrative fee of $25.00. Cancellations will not be accepted by phone
at any time. Substitutions are permissible at any time. SUNY-ESF reserves the right to cancel a
program in the event of insufficient registrations. A full refund of all monies is given if a program is
cancelled due to insufficient registrations.
