Project management software allows project managers, engineers, and other managers and
professionals to organize and schedule the many tasks which go into completing a project. As
tasks are completed, they can be easily tracked, and their impact on schedules and budgets
monitored. This course will provide the student with an overview of Sure Trak Project Manager
2.0 by a series of hands-on exercises supplemented by lecture and hands-on instructor
assistance. This course is designed for the new and relatively new (under one year of use) user.
This course will use primarily construction-related activities, however the principles and concepts
will apply to any work environment.

Instructor: Ken Tiss teaches Construction Methods & Equipment; Construction Planning &
Scheduling; Computer Application for Construction Management; Construction Project
Management; Construction Contracts & Specifications at SUNY-ESF.
Plus! Participants will receive the student version of SureTrak Project Manager 2.0 and manual. Each participant will have his/her own computer for hands-on work.
To Register: Enrollment is limited- register early. Simply fill out and mail the registration form with
your registration fee. You may register by phone by calling ESF Continuing Education at (315)
470-6891; or fax to (315) 470-6890.
Early Registration Discount: Registrations and payment must be postmarked at least ten days in
advance of the workshop you wish to attend to qualify for the early discount. Government or
corporate purchase orders received by the deadline also qualify for the early discount.
Registration Fees: $295 payable to SUNY-ESF. Early registrations, paid by January 18 are eligible
for the discount fee of $250. VISA or MasterCard also accepted.
Refunds: SUNY-ESF reserves the right to cancel any program in the event of insufficient
registrations. A full refund will be given if a program is canceled. Participants who wish to
withdraw must give written notice one week in advance to receive a full refund. After that date a
$25 cancellation fee will be charged. Substitutions are permissible at any time.
