Students, regardless of major or degree requirements, are eligible for retroactive credits if they place into a Modern
Languages course above 1011, complete the course at ONU with a ‘C’ or better, and pay the one-time $44 fee.*

If you place into this Modern Languages
course and complete it with a grade of
'C' or better, you will earn 3 credits for
the course.
Then, if you complete the retro-credit
form and pay the one-time $44 fee, you
will also earn 3 retro-credits for each of
these lower-level courses.

Retroactive Credit Instructions:
1) Complete the information requested on this form.
2) Take the form to Mrs. Nancy Wright, departmental secretary, for approval between 8:00 a.m. and noon, M-F.
3) Take the approved form to the Controller's Office and pay the $44 fee between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., M-F.
4) Submit the form to the Registrar's Office between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., M-F.
