NetSure™ 4000 Series 400V DC Load Distribution Sub-Rack Key Features nAvailable with up to (9) DIN mount load circuit breakers nCircuit breaker ratings from 4 A to 63 A each n100 A maximum rating nAvailable with or without main row breaker n6U high, 19" mounting nUL Recognized (US & Canada), when configured with main row breaker Provides reliable 400V DC power supply to customer loads and critical power applications. Description The Load Distribution Sub-Rack provides 400V DC power to customer loads, with nine available circuit breaker positions. An optional primary-rated row breaker is required for UL applications. These distribution sub-racks are connected directly to a 400V DC NetSure™ 4015 Power and Control Sub-Rack, feeding either individual loads or secondary rack power distribution. For easy field wiring, breakers are accessible from the front. Terminal blocks and blank covers are provided for unused breaker spaces, enabling easy addition of breakers in the field. Two versions of the distribution sub-rack are available depending on the system grounding configuration: high resistance mid-point ground (HRMG) or negative pole ground (NPG). All distribution sub-racks take up only 6U of rack space and fit into a standard 19" IT rack. nCE Marked, all configurations Additional Information n EmersonNetworkPower.com/400VDC n NetSure™ 4015 System Data Sheet n Power & Control Sub-Rack Data Sheet n Battery Tray Data Sheet n System Application Guide n NetSure™ 4015 Pre-Quote Form EN610DRA-DistRack / 0913 Load Distribution Sub-Rack Shown with Main Row Breaker (UL Configuration) Load Distribution Sub-Rack Shown Without Main Row Breaker 1 400V DC Load Distribution Sub-Rack Technical Specifications Rating Operating Voltage, Maximum Operating Current, Maximum Overview 400 VDC 100 A 1 Configuration Grounding • High resistance mid-point ground with ground fault detection (HRMG) • Negative pole ground (NPG) Main Row-Breaker (optional) 125 A row breaker, required for UL applications, optional for others Load Breakers (9) breaker positions Choose from: 4 A, 6 A, 8 A, 10 A, 16 A, 20 A, 25 A, 32 A, 40 A, 50 A, 63 A* DIN rail mount * Any 63 A breaker must be adjacent to an empty position or a breaker rated ≤10 A.
