How it Works
System Health Check is based on a methodical approach of inspecting the operational performance of the ZHF system and identifying any maintenance and repair requirements. Our final report and proposition will also detail any further system optimization potential.
Our Preventive Maintenance offering will be provided by a Pall Service Engineer or authorized
Service Partners. We also offer operator training and supervision of maintenance by the customers’ own maintenance teams.
The customized service scope can be bundled with an attractive Pall
PRO
Service agreement and can also include additional filter element cleaning or refurbishment and system overhaul.
Our experts can also perform a Process & System
Optimization, which is a comprehensive root cause analysis to optimize overall process and system performance, and provide recommendations for improvement.
This service includes training of the operations team and validation of system performance with our scientific methods. A service report would be the deliverable to the customer for any and all of the offerings.
