More on the RN to BSN at Frostburg State University: The total number of credits (in addition to HCC requirements for the RN degree) that must be completed is sixteen (16). Thirty to fifty-five (30-55) community college credits will be accepted in transfer. No community college nursing credits will be transferred. Thirty-five to sixty (35-60) credit hours are required at Frostburg State University. A minimum total of 120 credit hours are required for program completion.
