Our condition-based Major Overhaul
Services consist of the following:
Strip, Inspection and Assessment of
your gas turbine.
Identification of components / subassemblies requiring replacement.
Kitting of hardware to re-build and
Overhaul unit.
Re-build of Overhauls to OEM design criteria.
Overhaul unit test, either to a
standard Works Test scope or to a pre-defined Customer Witness Test.

Lease core: a replacement
unit of the same specification,
supplied to your site, whilst
your original unit is returned
for Overhaul at Lincoln, UK.
Service Exchange: a replacement unit of the
same specification, supplied

serviceable Gas Turbine for
operation up to your next
major Service Interval. This
unit will have been
overhauled, with the latest
improvements incorporated
as standard.

A Guaranteed Performance
We conduct all engine tests in
approved service centers, with
computer controlled test berths to
meet exacting quality standards
and guarantee the performance of
our engines.
Our overhaul factory is located in the
award-winning Feilden House, in
Lincoln, UK. By choosing to overhaul
your engine at this facility, you can
benefit from our world-class facilities
including:
Overhaul Reporting: detailing all
work carried out, parts fitted and
performance achieved under test.
CNC Grinding
CNC Turning

Reliable Delivery
CNC Machining Centres
(Horizontal and Vertical)
zero gravity Rotor Disc Manipulators
with new tooling developments to
speed up build time and reduce foot
print.
CMM Measurement
Teal Park Overhaul facilities also
include a Rotor Build Cell to reduce
rotor overhaul time and allow for
increased capacity.
We have also installed a Schenck
High Speed Balancing facility,
capable of balancing Rotors up to 6
metres long, 1.7 metres in diameter
and weighing 12,500kg.
The Rotor Build Cell incorporates a
World-Class temperature controlled
Rotor Build Enclosure and bespoke
Our various overhaul options are supported by a pool of core engines, with
approximately 100 engines cycling
between Customer sites and the
Overhaul Centre in Lincoln, UK.
Over 18,000 items are available for
immediate dispatch, ranging from
fasteners to complete core engine assemblies.
