ELECTRONIC BIDS will be received from Pre-Qualified General Contractors on the Standing Order Contractors, by email to
mfalcon@uccs.edu , until 2:00 pm local time, May 15, 2013 for the furnishing of labor, materials, and equipment for the
construction and completion of certain public works described as:
Engineering 233 / Math Learning Center Renovation Project - YOU MUST ATTACH YOUR SCHEDULE FOR THE
PROJECT WITH YOUR BID!!!!!!
Any bid received after this date and time will not be accepted.

Project Title:
Engineering 233 / Math Learning Center Renovation Project
Time of Substantial Completion: 61 calendar days from May 27, 2013 to July 26, 2013
Time Period from Substantial Completion to Final Acceptance: 7 calendar days.
A Bid Bond is required for the project if your bid is $50,000 or over.

General Contractors are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on May 8, 2013 at 9:00 am local time at Engineering and
Applied Science Building main lobby. Please refer to the UCCS Campus Map at http://www.uccs.edu/~map/ for building
locations.
The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities or to reject any and all bids.
A bidder may not withdraw their bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening.
