ELECTRONIC BIDS will be received from Pre-Qualified General Contractors on the Standing Order Contractors, by email to
bjohnso6@uccs.edu , until 2:00 pm local time, Monday, March 3, 2014 for the furnishing of labor, materials, and equipment
for the construction and completion of certain public works described as:
East Campus Houses Demolition - YOU MUST ATTACH YOUR SCHEDULE FOR THE PROJECT WITH YOUR

Any bid received after this date and time will not be accepted.

A Bid Bond is required for the project if your bid is $50,000 or over.

Demolition Contractors are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on Monday, February 24, 2014 at 2:30pm local
