• Impacts of developing an area outside the urban edge and going against City policy in this
respect
Impacts associated with potential pollution

• Potential for pollution of groundwater and aquifer
Impacts on infrastructure and services or the lack thereof
• Need for assessment of impacts related to waste management, water supply, sanitation,
transport
• Lack of access to the property
• Impacts on schools and the hospital in Atlantis (overcrowding) as well as police station
