Correction to Board Minutes of March 26,1990:
Board Order 90-64 of April 24, 1990 states the following:
Upon motion of Regent Hile, seconded by Regent Blake, with all members voting aye, it
was ordered that the minutes of the meeting of March 26, 1990, be corrected to show that
Regent Windham was present and that Regent Salvant was absent.

Upon motion of Regent Bryce, seconded by Regent Haynes, with
all members voting aye, it was ordered that Dr. Donald E.
Bowen be elected President of Stephen F.
Austin State
University for the period July 16, 1990, August 31, 1991,
that he receive a salary of $102,160.00, that he be granted
tenure in the Department of Physics, and that he receive the
use of the President's house during the term of his
employment, utilities and yard work..
