18 hole Press Maxwell design golf course located in the scenic black forest area on the Palmer Divide. The country club offers year round amenities including tennis, aquatics, fitness, and dining. 350 full members playing 12,000 rounds a year.
• Coordinated outside Monday tournaments including contracts, golf and food packages, and execution of the tournaments.
• Managed merchandise and inventory control with sales of $100,000.
• Managed all tournament operations with Vision Perfect Tournament Software.
• Managed day-to-day operations including golf shop and outside service staff of 12.
• Directed junior clinics and camps extending over six weeks with participation exceeding 150 students. Provide individual instruction to the membership. Contribute a monthly golf tip to the newsletter.
• Generate and adhere to yearly budgets for the golf operation.

• Co-Managed installation on new Jonas P.O.S. system for the golf operations side of the country club, prior to the ’04 season.
• Generated feasibility studies on business forecasts for the upcoming season to the Director of Golf.

• Performed all aspects of tournament operations including budget, promotion, handicapping, scoring, rules, and result summaries.
• Taught approximately 60 individual lessons and 15 junior clinics a season.
• Designed EXCEL spreadsheet to manage the tee sheet and automatically track rounds that provide a mixed round analysis.
• Perform day-to-day operations including cash handling, register closeout, starting, pace of play monitoring, and basic merchandising.
• Managed outside service staff and golf car fleet of 55 cars.

• Conducted 1 to 3 day golf schools as a private contractor for United States Golf Schools.
• Conducted 1 to 3 day golf schools as a private contractor for America’s Favorite Golf Schools.

18-hole upscale resort facility with $175 green fees in season. Named 4-star recipient of Golf Digest’s Places to Play 2000, winner of Golf Shop Operations’ Top 100 in 1998 and 1999, and voted best new course in 1996 by the Arizona Republic.
• Performed preventative maintenance activities on a fleet of 80 golf cars.
• Staged and prep golf cars for proper rotation throughout the day.
• Performed customer service activities such as club cleaning, bag drop, player assistance, and starting.
• Assisted with golf instruction for Resort Golf Schools.
