• Coordinated outside Monday tournaments including contracts, golf and food packages, and execution of the tournaments.

• Managed merchandise and inventory control with sales of $100,000.

• Managed all tournament operations with Vision Perfect Tournament Software.

EXCEL and Scorecast tournament software.

• Managed day-to-day golf operations including a golf shop and outside service staff of 10.

• Oversaw and conducted junior and ladies clinics, approximately 25 a season, including week long summer camp with 30 kids.

• Provided individual instruction to entire membership, approximately 125 a season, with playing abilities ranging for single digit handicaps to first time beginners.

• Co-Managed installation on new Jonas P.O.S. system for the golf operations side of the country club, prior to the ’04 season.

• Generated feasibility studies on business forecasts for the upcoming season to the Director of Golf.
