in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty
eight between Thomas Smith of Tovie near Maidstone in the county
of Kent esquire and Samuel Smith of Blackheath in the said
county esquire of the first part, Joshua Ingham of Blake Hall
in Clearfield in the county of York esquire, James Taylor
Ingham of Tanfield Court in the Inner Temple London esquire,
Mary Wood, Sarah Wood, and Ruth Hannah Wood, all late of Tingley
House in the parish of West Ardsley in the said county of York
and all now of Leeds...
Sixteen signators, with seals. Parchment document, once folded
into nine sections. Endorsements on the bank of four of those
sections.
