Summer 2016
I _______________________________________agree to adhere to all rules and guidelines set
forth by the faculty and staff at the SFASU Pre-law Academy for the duration of the
program. I understand that failure to do so will result in my immediate dismissal
from the program and that I will be obliged to leave campus immediately. I
understand that under such circumstances, I will receive no refund for any funds
paid and that it will be my parent or guardian’s responsibility to ensure I have
vacated SFA’s campus within three hours of the infraction.
