100% tuition charged is refunded if dropped
prior to first class meeting
75% tuition charged is refunded if dropped 1-4
days after first class meeting.
25% of tuition charged, refunded if dropped 512 days after first class meeting.
No refund of tuition charged if dropped 13 days
or more after first class meeting
Note carefully: refund policy cannot be amended! All drops
will incur an administrative fee of $10 for each course
dropped.
WAYLAND THREE PAYMENT PLAN
Payment 1 due first day of the term
¨ If not made, student will be removed from class
Payment 2 due no later than 30 days after the first day
of the term
¨ If not made, $50 late fee assessed on day 31
Payment 3 due no later than 60 days after the first day
of the term
¨ If not made, additional $50 late fee assessed on day 61

** Military TA Forms must be submitted 7-45 days prior to the start of term. **
Taking a Class on Kirtland Air Force Base?
May 11th – Deadline for submission of Base passes request. Allow 2-3 weeks for processing the request.
Students are responsible for obtaining their own passes from the Truman Gate Visitor’s Center.
