PhD Dissertation Documents and UD Changes
In Order for Dr. Snyder-Mackler to sign your documents as Academic Director of
BIOMS, the following are needed:
1. One copy, on regular paper of your approved document.
2. All copies of signature pages (signed by the advisory and all committee
members) on 25# bond.
3. The Certification of Defense form
(http://www.udel.edu/gradoffice/current/certificationdefense.pdf) signed by
all members with indication that you passed.
4. Signature pages for me/dean/Vice-Provost on 25# bond.
*The Dean is the Dean of the College of your advisor or the Dean of the
College of Arts and Science (your choice).
*The representative of the Provost is:
Debra Hess Norris, M.S.
Vice Provost for Graduate and Professional Education
