Wanting to manage your time more effectively?
Would you like to develop strategies to reduce
stress? Or enhance motivation?
Then, SMART is for you!
SMART is a free program for students, made up of a series of sessions to help you
maximise your academic success and thrive at University. Sessions include:

Strategies for success – identify your learning style, and improve the way you learn
§§
Time management – learn to prioritise and plan
§§
Staying motivated – explore how to build and maintain motivation
§§
Stress management – identify your stressors and develop skills to manage a
balanced lifestyle
§§
Working in a group – getting the most out of working in a group
§§
Conflict resolution – learn way to manage conflict
§§
Exambusters – improve your exam preparation
These sessions are run throughout the semester and across every campus.
