Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements.
The structured nature of the Syntegration process requires that participants are fully committed and
engaged throughout the entire session. Participation must be in person. Please make travel
arrangements that will allow your full participation for each of the three days of the conference:
Tuesday, May 3: 8:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Wednesday, May 4: 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Thursday, May 5: 8:30 a.m. – 3:15 p.m.
A limited number of rooms remain available at our group rate at the event site, the Westin Washington,
DC, City Center. If you need hotel accommodations and have not yet booked space, please contact
