Here are just some of the courses you can use to fulfill the Academic Component of the Certificate.
Remember you must have at least nine (9) semester credit hours of course work, representing at least
two different academic departments, as well as demonstrated proficiency in a modern foreign language.
The courses must be approved as appropriate to the certificate by the Director of International
Programs and the student’s major advisor. This is not an exhaustive list. Other special topics courses
may be considered for the certificate.
