It is understood that this period of sequestration shall not exceed or be extended beyond
Twelve consecutive months (one calendar year). Further extension of the sequestering requires

On the first working day following the ending of this agreement, it is understood that the
University of Delaware’s Office of Graduate Studies may release the above-titled and authored
Thesis/dissertation/executive position paper to the University of Delaware Morris Library, and to
The University of Delaware Archives. On the same date, the sequestered paper (doctoral) will be
Released to UMI Dissertation Services, constituting release into the public domain.
