Planning Manager for Washington State Department of Transportation. Prior to that, he worked
for Hewlett Packard for 28 years, including 21 years in Vancouver.

Mr. Ciraulo is a 20-year veteran of the re service and is currently the Division Chief in charge of

Royce Pollard 2011 – 2016

During his six terms as mayor of Vancouver, Wash. from 1996-2010, Royce Pollard shaped the

dedication of the Hilton Vancouver Washington Hotel and Convention Center.
