As a faculty & as an administration team, you will have
to pick and choose what works best for you, your school
population and demographics.
You may want to pick one or two things to implement
and then add as you become more comfortable. The
more ideas and variety of teaching methods you have a
good handle on, the more effective you are as a teacher,
the richer the education you impart to your students, the
more eager the students become to learn.
Be excited, be enthusiastic, but be in control and the
kids will love coming to class.
