Meal Time Guidelines
• Eat in the same area (together).
• Eat at least two meals a week together.
Ideally, it should be at least once a day.
• Meal times is a time for intense
sharing. Always include the children.

Taking the time to laugh together

Sleeping Together
• It means everyone sleeping in the same
house. Not in grandma’s house.
• It means husband and wife sleeping in
the same bed.
• It means parents not going to sleep
while their children watch TV.
• It means having a healthy time to go to
bed.

There must be a
deliberate, intentional
effort to keep Christ at
the center of the home.

Happy/Stable
Relationships/Families
1.Happy/stable couples realize a good
relationship/family is not a gift but it is an
achievement. Every relationship, left up to
natural instincts will self-destruct. Because a
relationship is a living organism it can’t selfregulate and self-maintain.
