Managing retail operations across 223 retail stores in APAC
Market visit/ Visiting flagship store and assess store operations including customer service, visual
merchandising, merchandise issues, staff management, stock and cash management, health and
safety aspects.
Monitor sales performance by looking at sales KPI, updated with any marketing initiative, and
identify ways for improvement while maintaining brand equity
Innovative solution and process improvement to drive store productivity in order to increase sales
revenue. For example, mobile POS experience for customer, efficient back of house
management to return more time for staff to spend at sales floor, supporting initiatives focusing in
customer experience such as C121 tool to engage customer with real time product information.





Support digital sales in China such as getting store stock to support any shortages for orders
placed online. Designated store will receive notification via WeChat to support relevant digital
