Pack light! • Students must bring a SACK lunch for Wednesday. (Back Pack optional) • Must wear closed-toed shoes. Additional reminders • Small backpack - include refillable bottle for water, flashlight, book or cards and money. Food may be purchased on the boat. Items maybe purchased at the camp, for example a shirt. • PLEASE ARRIVE AT SCHOOL BY 5:00AM ON WEDNESDAY • Leave all electronics at home! Fruit bar, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, jam, Danish, bagels or English muffins. • Lunch – – Pizza, hamburgers, corn-dogs or cold-cut sandwiches (one entrée per lunch); punch and water. Salad bar: mixed greens, chopped veggies, cheese, croutons, canned fruit, salad dressings, potato salad, pasta salad or soup, bread and peanut butter and jelly. • Dinner – Lasagna (meat and veggie), turkey, chicken, Mexican food (one entrée per dinner); milk, and water – Salad bar: same as lunch with vegetarian side dish. – Dessert: brownies, cookies, cake and ice cream. • Sample menu, food items subject to change. Program Information First snorkel – Emphasis on acclimating students to wetsuit, snorkel gear and the marine environment Ocean Kayaking A 3 hour introduction to the exciting world of kayaking. Students will learn the basics of paddling and take a coastal tour along Catalina's shoreline. From playing basketball or volleyball, walking on the beach, or simply relaxing with our friends; there was never a dull moment.
