1. Is there exclusive territorial rights given to a unit franchise?
Yes
Only one franchisee will be chosen for a particular area. In case of a Metro more franchisees will be
appointed depending on the scope of business and in case of smaller Cities and towns , we will appoint
only one franchisee per city/ town
2. What is the franchisee fee payable ?
The franchisee fee will be Rs1,00,000 ( Rupees one lac only) for a 5 year period. To be renewed every 5
years, after mutual consent. Franchisee fee is to be paid upfront and is non refundable . Terms and
conditions apply. ( Here are a few conditions: franchisee should not trade in damaged goods. Not
permitted to sell competitor’s products, if any. Should follow all rules regarding smart balloon
practices….)
3. Are any performance guarantees given to unit franchisees?

No, we do not offer any financing arrangements. The applicant has to arrange for all the finances.
13. How long will it take to complete business partner selection process?
Once the application is received from the potential applicant, it takes 2-3 weeks more for the Business
Partner selection process.
14. After how many years will my franchisee license need to be renewed?
Every 5 years . The license will be renewed after the end of 5th year depending on the terms and
conditions and on payment of fee prevailing at that point of time.
15. What is the minimum manpower requirement to start?
Thought a self employed business, the manpower requirement varies and is based on centre
capacity and location.
