Assigned places? In a circle?
• What behavior management strategies do you use?

• What else would be helpful to know about an individual student or the class as a whole to plan my residency?
• Suggestions for communication with parents or opportunities for parents to observe/participate
• What else do I need to know to be successful with this student/group?
Positive Working Relationship

• Discuss what your expectations of the aid are prior to the lesson
