PARTY : OHS not yet become priority, manpower still be placed
as production factors non as partner work .
Data : 1995 : 160.041 company  13.381 company more than 100
employee (mandatory of have Safety Committee) and not function
88 % – 90 %.
– WORK ACCIDENT STILL BE HIGH : In the year 1995 number
of accident work as much 65.949 case with the following detail :

RECOMMENDATION :
1. To have a joint operation scheme with developed country which
has implemented Occupational Health and Safety properly
2. Emphasizing that government function in issuing regulation is an
essential factor to implement Occupational Health and Safety
successfully
3. Improving the implementation of Occupational Health and
Safety by socializing it has to be done immediately to anticipate
the globalization era
4. We should inform the government through the Ministry of
Manpower and Transmigration to propose to ILO or international
institution about the idea to having an International Regulation of
OHSMS
5. We should socialization at construction company in order to
more amount implementation OHS
