This is a 4 credit hour class, which can help students only taking 3 courses meet the 67% pass rate for financial aid. Students can retake the COMPASS exams toward the end of the semester to test into creditbearing courses, or pass a final exam and earn STEP credit for RDG 30 and ENC 91. Offered both online and on-campus. MySkillsLab is used for individualized skills practice. Assignments are not the same as traditional RDG 30 and ENC 91. Assignments are integrated and newly created for this course. Instructor is either reading or writing instructor. No longer team taught.
