for Disease Control and Dr. Gaston De Serres
of Laval University – won't speak to the
media. Journals bar would-be authors from
discussing their results publicly before they
go through peer review.

The Nuremberg Code of
Ethics in Medical
Research was developed
after the trial of Nazi
war criminals for
unethical use of persons
in medical experiments;
subsequently, the
Declaration of Helsinki
additionally established
recommendations
guiding doctors in
experimentation
involving human
subjects.
Neither the Nuremberg
Code nor the
Declaration of Helsinki
are codified under law
and are, therefore,
unenforceable.



The Nuremberg Code
The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. This
means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give
consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of
choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit,
duress, over-reaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and
should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of
the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding
and enlightened decision. This latter element requires that before the
acceptance of an affirmative decision by the experimental subject there
should be made known to him the nature, duration, and purpose of the
experiment; the method and means by which it is to be conducted; all
inconveniences and hazards reasonable to be expected; and the effects
upon his health or person which may possibly come from his
participation in the experiment.

Nuremberg established legal medical experimental standards now
incorporated into ethical medical codes, including:
-- requiring voluntary consent of human subjects without
coercion, fraud, deceit, and with full disclosure of known risks;
-- experiments should avoid "all unnecessary physical and mental
suffering and injury;"
-- experiments should never be conducted if there's "an a priori
reason to believe death or disabling injury will occur;"
-- risk "should never exceed that determined by the humanitarian
importance of the problem to be solved..;" and
-- experiments should be terminated if there's reason to believe
they'll cause "injury, disability, or death to the experimental
subject."

Vaccines have always been
dangerous enough for some
experts to call them biological
weapons undermining health,
manipulating and crippling the
immune system, and creating the
possibility of future debilitating
diseases. So Big Pharma's solution
is new, more potent genetically
engineered vaccines and drugs
that may end up harming or
killing many who take them,
especially people with weakened
immune systems.
Public Health Polices,
including Vaccine Policy,
are foisted on the
populace by those who do
not know the science, do
not know about the
variations in the human
immune system or
toxicology and do not
take responsibility for
adequate safety testing,
and once set in motion do
not alter their direction
out of fear of
repercussions.
The vaccine industry blackmailed the federal government
into enacting the National Vaccine
Program (42 U.S.C. Sections
300aa-1 through 300aa-6 and the
NVICP (42 U.S.C Sec. 300aa-10
though 300aa-34) legislation by
threatening to stop making
vaccines.
Vaccine makers are allowed to
"get away with" making and
selling injectable vaccines for
routine administration to healthy
children and adults that have NOT
been proven safe to the standards
required for other drugs.

vaccine include idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura, SIDS,
anaphylactic reaction, cellulitis, autism, convulsion/grand mal

seriousness or frequency of reporting. Because these events are
reported voluntarily from a population of uncertain size, it is not
always possible to reliably estimate their frequencies or to
establish a causal relationship to components of Tripedia vaccine."

The Project BioShield Act of 2004
became law on July 21, 2004
allowing the FDA to recklessly
approve inadequately tested,
potentially dangerous vaccines and
other drugs if ever the Secretaries
of Health and Human Services
(HHS) or Defense (DOD) declare a
national emergency, whether or
not one exists and regardless of
whether treatments available are
safe and effective. Around $6
billion or more will be spent to
develop, produce, and stockpile
vaccines and other drugs to
counteract claimed bioterror
agents.
Critics express greater concerns
about dangerous remedies for
exaggerated or non-existent
threats as well as mass hysteria
created for political purposes.

Temporary changes have been made to the UK
Mental Health Act in response to the “swine flu”
pandemic to allow people with suspected
mental health issues to be quickly detained, and
on the assessment of only one doctor and not two
as usual, under the pretext of fears of upcoming
staff shortages due to the pandemic emergency.
The change in the law opens the door to allowing
people who refuse the "swine flu” vaccine to be
declared paranoid and summarily sectioned
(and thus forcibly drugged) under government
guidelines.
The Public Readiness and
Emergency Preparedness (PREP)
Act slipped under the radar when
George Bush signed it into law as
part of the 2006 Defense
Appropriations Act (HR 2863). It
lets the HHS Secretary declare any
disease an epidemic or national
emergency requiring mandatory
vaccinations. Nothing in the Act
lists criteria that warrant a threat.
Also potential penalties aren't
specified for those who balk, but
very likely they'd include
quarantine and possible fines.
Fluoride use in
drinking water is a
relevant example of a
public health policy
created for liability
avoidance out of
pseudoscience that
allowed a known
toxin to be distributed
to the public who was
told it was good for
them and because it
was the Government
who told them they
believed it. The issue
why is it still being
used?

Today there is hardly a soul alive that
doesn’t think Polio is an infectious
disease
There were actually Polios and not just one disease and most Polio
in the 20th century was triggered by Organo-Chlorine Pesticides
Polio was a disease of the Industrial Revolution. It did not exist
until the end of the 19th century. This is a classic case of
environmental poisonings, but the truth has been so obfuscated
and so much time has passed the lesson has been lost on mankind.
The first massive outbreak
In 1915 Hooker Electrochemical (Niagra Falls New York) began
massive, production of chlorobenzene (8,200 metric tons per year)
and Dow Chemical began large-scale production soon thereafter.
1916 NYC epidemic lasted only six months, June to November,
with 82% of the cases occurring in just 8 weeks. While polio
literature terms this a world-wide polio epidemic, it was peculiarly
a phenomena of the U.S. and was especially prominent in the New
York City region.
There were between 27,000 to 40,000 cases world wide – 2/3rd of
the cases were in the US.

Polio was always more than an infection.
In all likelihood the epidemic, triggered by
pesticides, was co-mediated by any number of
agents including the “polio” virus….
Instead of addressing the underlying causality,
pesticides, a virus took all the credit because it
would make certain individuals rich and famous
if it could all be blamed on a virus for which a
vaccine could be made while at the same time not
interfering with the agenda of corporations
responsible for the pesticides.
The Polio vaccine did bring us cancer however
In 1961, SV40 was discovered by
Dr. Bernice Eddy of the National
Institute of Health, Division of
Biologics when she took the
material used to grow polio
vaccines and injected it into
hamsters. Tumors grew in the
hamsters. Her discovery was
subsequently validated by Drs.
Maurice Hilliman and Benjamin
Sweet of Merck.
SV 40 is found in 43% of
non Hodgkin's
lymphomas, 9% of
Hodgkin's lymphomas,
and in none of the
control tissues.

those born after 1963 have also been exposed to the virus,
via horizontal or vertical transmission, or through sexual
contact.


Last December, the Austrian branch of US
vaccine company Baxter sent a batch of
ordinary human H3N2 flu, altered so it
couldn't replicate.
In February, a lab in the Czech Republic
working for Avir alerted Baxter that,
unexpectedly, ferrets inoculated with the
sample had died. It turned out the sample
contained live H5N1, which Baxter uses to
make vaccine.

Release of a mixture of live H5N1 and
H3N2 viruses could have resulted in dire
consequences. While H5N1 doesn't easily
infect people, H3N2 viruses do. If someone
exposed to a mixture of the two had been
simultaneously infected with both strains,
he or she could have served as an incubator
for a hybrid virus able to transmit easily to
and among people. [and from another]

The procedures they were required to
follow make it impossible to mix the
current bird flu, H5N1, with regular flu
viruses to be used for the production of
vaccinations. It was an attempt to create a
mutant virus in humans. All it would take
would be for a single human-to-human
contact, highly contagious, to create
pandemic fears.


The Hep-B shot given in the first month of life
increased the autism rate in boys by about 3fold when compared to those vaccinated later
or not at all. How can one say the autism rate
has not increased when it was the mandated
vaccine program that instituted the Hep-B
vaccination at birth and this started about 1988.
