 EVENT FEES: $75 tournament fee per student (inclusive of participant and lunch fee).
Please remit in USD, USD check (American International School Chennai), USD
travelers cheque or via wire transfer to the following account. T-shirts are an
extra cost.

 T-SHIRT DETAILS: Cost and design to be sent no later than February 25th with order
form. Schools may pre order or buy at the festival. Limited quantity will be on
site.
 GROUP ROSTER & FLIGHT INFORMATION: Please have your completed group roster form
and flight information in to me no later than Friday 15th February, 2013. The
roster form is attached.
 EVENT TIMINGS: The tournament begins on Friday 8th March at 8:30 AM. The event
concludes at approx. 8:00 PM on 10th March. Please plan to arrive on Thursday
7th before 4:00 PM. Departures should take place after 10.00 PM on Sunday or
Monday morning. Late or early arrivals may result in hotel or school housing at
visiting schools expense.
 PRE EVENT COACHES MEETING: This will take place on Thursday 5:30 PM.
 VISA REQUIREMENTS: Please find attached a generic visa letter to use as needed for all
non Indians who are entering India. SAISA West schools & other invited schools
have an additional letter of support.
 SAISA CODE OF CONDUCT: Be sure to have your musicians sign the SAISA Code of
Conduct, it will be followed throughout the tournament. Please discuss the
consequence of SAISA curfew violations and the Code of Conduct with your
students prior to arriving. As per planning meeting ensure that your students
know the consequences of infractions.
 MONEY EXCHANGE: You may change money at the airport or at the school on Thursday
and Friday. US$ only.
 HOUSING: AISC has a good reputation as hosts. SAISA students will be housed with
school students, mostly other students. The SAISA coaches will be housed by
school faculty. We will send a list of hotels for parents in February.
 TRANSPORTATION: Will be provided for all students and coaches to all tournament
activities as per SAISA rules. Remind students that there is no use of rickshaws
/ taxi while in Chennai. Few of our students live more than 45 minutes away
from the school.
 ATHLETE FOOD: Lunches will be included in SAISA participant fee of $75.00. Choice of
veg non-veg options and menu selection will be available by February 28th.
 DIRECTORS FOOD: We will have hospitality set up for coaches throughout the event.
 STUDENT EVENING ACTIVITIES: 7th is a study night, 8th is a social evening, 9th is a host
family evening & 10th is awards night.
